Our Process

Our approach is very direct and simply put we break businesses down step by step. Whilst there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, instead we follow this step by step process to look at your individual needs to work  out what’s best for you.

We could produce an in-depth report with intense context and fancy pictures of models to impress you, however thatʼs not what we are about, we are all about good honest practical win/win solutions, by knuckling down and getting stuck in.

We don’t like to overcomplicate matters… Why complicate something thatʼs meant to be simple?… This keeps work, costs and stress essentially down, with a focus on working with you to achieve end results.

Step 1

Discovery

This meeting if for us to get to know each other, our businesses and our people and the goals you are looking to achieve ie. Growth, increasing profits/sales/turnover, funding sources, decreasing costs, efficiencies, project planning/management/delivery etc…

This meeting is FREE and is typically 1 hour long, with a very succinct agenda, to see if we are the right fit for each other.

Step 2

Exploration

If we both feel that Value Added can make a difference to your business and can work towards the goals identified from the discovery session. We move on to a fact-finding exercise with you to explore and understand your business and the goals in more detail.

Step 3

Deep Dive

Value Added will do a deep dive exercise entailing analysis and searching for opportunities to establish solutions to meet the goals defined. These will then be summarised back to the business.

Step 4

Planning

We will then create visionary plans with you of the strategy, priorities, key personnel, timescales etc…, creating a blueprint of actions.

Step 5

Implementation

Jointly with yourselves, the blueprint is initiated. This plan is a dynamic plan and can adapt to ensure success of the goals.

Step 6

Delivery

The deliverables agreed to at the outset are achieved and the client enjoys the benefits of accomplishing their objectives.

Whilst Value Added aims to be involved fully in all stages of the solutions, you can define the amount of support required of our services. We will work alongside you to design and implement programmes that deliver real, sustainable change, this can be from working on the shop floor to the boardroom and everywhere else in between. We aim to complete our support by our clients reaching self-sufficient and sustainable business operations.
